BJ CAP 103. Looking back, I’ve been following Bentang Jawa from afar for years. Every edition, I’d find myself watching the race reports, following riders’ journeys, and quietly wondering what it would feel like to stand on that start line one day. At one point, a friend even jokingly added the hashtag #dio4bentangjawa to one of my posts. He said long-distance riding suited me well enough that joining Bentang Jawa was only a matter of time. Back then, it still felt like a distant idea. After spending more than a year living in Java, that dream has finally become closer to reality. Thanks to the support of good friends, I’m officially lining up as one of the riders in Bentang Jawa 2026 with Cap 103. I should thank my accidental Sobat Ranau, @fachriifauzan, for trusting me with his beautiful bike for this unsupported 1,500-kilometer adventure.
