#BJ5cap125 Meet my ride for Bentang Jawa 2025: a Ritchey Montebello @ritcheylogic - steel, timeless and a “go anywhere” endurance road bike, design touches aimed at riders who desire to ride longer than long-distances rides. Build for simplicity and versatile range on flat, climbing and mixed terrain: Gearing? SRAM Force 2x with wide range chainring and gear ratio - a versatile range that balance speed on flat and control on climbs. Tested 300 - 700km riding across rolling terrain and steep gradient with long climbing, this combo gives me confidence The wheel? Roval Alpinist tubeless, paired with 700x32 slicks tires - light, fast, and surprisingly grippy even on rougher patches. The tubeless setup gives me confidence on rough road, with lower pressure for better comfort and traction. Bikepacking setup? Mixed 1.1L top tube and 3.5L frame bag from Tailfin @tailfincycling, tools bag and feeding bag from @urbncase is enough space for mandatory and basic necessity during the ride. Lighting? Night time during August will be slightly longer, Exposure Light Maxx-D MK5 @exposure.lights has big capacity and bright enough when crossing pitch black area. With this setup, the Montebello climbs surprisingly well, even loaded - the steel frame’s stability and comfort really shine over ride longer and sustained elevation. Now it’s time to see if I can keep up with the bike 😀🤘 Bentang Jawa 2025 is presented by @biznetgiocloud #BJ5 #bentangjawa #bentangjawa2025
