#BJ4Cap003 @fanfandalism Hey everyone! I finally got into Bentang Jawa 2024!! I’ll be riding my beloved 2002 Specialized M5, a 26-inch bike my mom gifted me when I snagged the top rank at school 22 years ago. During the 2020 lockdown, I gave it a fresh paint job myself and rebuilt it with whatever I had – yes, all with DIY touch, hardcore! 🤟🏼 It’s got Shimano disc brakes, custom alloy fork, Shimano Altus 3x8 shifters with Exage FD and Acera RD, Shimano Deore crankset, Pro Stealth saddle and Raze restbar for more comfort. It rolls on 26” Weinmann wheels with Koozer hubs and 26x1.95” Maxxis Pace tires. Not the fanciest, but it gets the job done! For lighting, I’m using 2 H2S front lights and 2 Cateye rear lights, all battery-powered. My gear includes Rhinowalk saddle bag, Sekayuh top tube and snack bags, and a Giyo bag for spare tubes, pump, and essentials.
